As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.

Any item or items returned will be inspected and verified for authenticity. Any items that have been described as new and returned used will not be refunded as item is now in a used state. Any Faulty items can be returned and will be tested to ensure they are faulty. If the item is faulty, the purchaser can have a refund or, if available, a replacement sent without further charges. If buyer has not carried out all necessary checks to ensure that the purchased item fits desired vehicle, a refund will be provided minus, postage costs, ebay & paypal fees and if sold as new, any wear noted as a percentage off the value the item sold for. In order for me to operate a legitimate business i need to operate efficiently. Little time will be given to individuals that wish to use my services for their own personal gain. I will ensure that all precautions are taken when selling items through my ebay account where possible.

Any items that arrive damaged need to be documented, with images of the interior packaging exterior packaging and any damage to the item. I cannot claim from any courier unless this is detailed. Unless this information is provided, no damage claims will be processed UK an international. Insurance will be offered for international deliveries outside the UK at a cost. There is only a cover of £50 for each item without insurance. Insurance can be added to delivery quote.
