Shipping policy
Shipping of purchased items will be processed within 24-48 hours on working days. During Busy times there maybe delays. You will receive tracking details once the order has been despatched.
Each item has been assigned a weight and this is then used to calculate postage. Due to the ever changing price to post an item and the many different couriers, please contact us for a shipping quote info@prestigecarpartsuk.com if you do not see any shipping options to your country, or have a question about shipping your order.
For all purchases outside the UK, there will be duties to pay to your country on import of the package by the courier, your email address and telephone number entered when ordering will be used on booking with the courier who will make contact with you directly to pay these fees in order to release the package to you.
Additional information may be required by the courier in order to release your package, if requested by us after the order, this will be included in the booking of the delivery, VAT, EORI number. If this is not replied to within 24 hours parcels will be sent without this requested information and will cause delays in delivery.
Any requests for information by the courier that go unanswered will result in the package being returned or abandoned, this may incur additional costs that maybe deducted from your purchase. If the parcel is refused by the purchaser the courier may destroy the package, no refunds will be given. Or return it to sender where refunds for the item only will be given.
It is your responsibility to ensure the item is delivered following an order, ensuring a timely response to requests for information from Norfolk Prestige Car Parts or the Courier delivering your parcel.
We do not collect VAT from any country outside of the UK.
