What is an AGM battery?
AGM (absorbed glass mat) is a special design glass mat designed to wick the battery electrolyte between the batteryplates. AGM batteries contain only enough liquid to keep the mat wet with the electrolyte and if the battery is broken no free liquid is available to leak out.
AGM batteries are one of the latest/advanced technology in the battery industry.

Warranty Info - 
This battery comes with a 3 year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturer defects and faults respectively.
The warranty runs from the date of purchase to the end of the warranty period stated above (3 year).
The warranty does not include damage caused by incorrect fitment, lack of maintenance or neglect due to a lack of charging. The battery will not be exchanged under warranty if it is flat. If the customer suspects the battery is faulty they must first message me.
We will advise the customer of the returns procedure to allow us to test the battery for the suspected fault.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the battery to be tested as part of a warranty claim.
In the event that the battery is faulty we will refund the return cost paid by the customer and will ship a replacement battery.
If the battery is not faulty, it will be shipped back to the customer at the customers cost.

Do you collect VAT?

TAX will not be collected on any country outside of the UK. Invoices available on request from info@prestigecarpartsuk.com

Can you ship to my country?

Yes – Shipping of purchased items will be processed within 24-48 hours on working days.

Each item has been assigned a weight and this is then used to calculate postage. Due to the ever changing price to post an item and the many different couriers, for the benefit of the customer i will quote shipping cost to countries outside the UK, please contact me for a shipping quote info@prestigecarpartsuk.com. Insurance is available on request, none if the postage advised includes insurance. But every effort will be made to ensure the item/s are packed well enough for safe travel using reliable couriers.

Can I return a part if it doesn’t work?

Most cases yes, however we do recommend checking first that the part fits the desired vehicle. Any query over fitment, please contact us info@prestigecarpartsuk.com

Do new purchases come with a warranty?

No. All items have a 30 day returns anything after that is dealt with case by case. This is one of the reasons why we can sell these items significantly less than the manufacturer. But all items for sale are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

Do you buy back old parts?

No, at present we do not purchase any used parts nor do we part-exchange parts to reduce the sale price of items available.
